Basement Jaxx, the dynamic electronic duo known for their infectious beats, has just revealed they will be performing a second headline show at Crystal Palace in London this August. A Long-Awaited Live Return

Felix Buxton and Simon Ratcliffe, the talented minds behind Basement Jaxx, are gearing up for their first live gigs in a decade. After initially being set to headline one day at the South Facing festival, the duo announced an additional night due to overwhelming demand, now set for August 22 and 23.

“In their own words, “We are thrilled to be adding a second night of our full live show experience at Crystal Palace Bowl in the Summer. We’ll now be playing both Friday and Saturday of the August Bank Holiday plus we’ll be joined by a few Special Guests for two amazing nights! Thank you, London – we’ll see you soon…”

Connecting with New Generations

Buxton expressed his excitement about how their music continues to resonate with younger generations: “It’s great our hits are still very much alive with younger generations, so we connect across the age range – and it’ll be great to pop in a couple of bangers from our forthcoming album too.”

He further stated, “It feels like 2025 is the beginning of a new era for many and I think that’s probably true for Basement Jaxx too.”

More Acts to Join the Lineup

In addition to Basement Jaxx, the South Facing Festival has also announced that Nile Rodgers & Chic will grace the stage on August 24, with even more acts to be revealed soon. This festival has previously welcomed renowned artists such as Grace Jones, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Bombay Bicycle Club, and many more!

Where Else to Catch Basement Jaxx

If you can’t make it to Crystal Palace, don’t worry! Basement Jaxx will be performing at several other venues and festivals this summer including:

• Wilderness Festival
• Camp Bestival
