New Concepts and Experiences

Introducing Gorria

This year’s edition will feature an innovative club concept called Gorria. It's described as “an ever-shifting dancefloor anarchy, where each night reinvents itself under the vision of a different collective.” Expect a vibrant atmosphere where rhythm accelerates, identities blur, and the night transforms into an expressive canvas for everyone involved!

Last Year's Highlights

Last year’s festival was nothing short of spectacular, showcasing performances from Arcade Fire, Massive Attack, The Prodigy, Jungle, Overmono, and Ezra Collective, among many others.

Reviewing 2023's Bilbao BBK Live, it was noted that the event “continues to stand at the forefront of the European festival circuit.”

Damiano David's Solo Journey

Damiano David's inclusion in this year's lineup comes shortly after the announcement of his debut solo album, "Funny Little Fears," set to release on May 16 via Sony Music Italy / Arista. The album will feature tracks like his debut solo single, ‘Born With A Broken Heart,’ and the Labrinth-produced ‘Silverlines.’

Damiano David

In his own words, “It’s going to be very excessive, very dramatic, very theatrical... It’s definitely more personal. It’s about the drama of being alive; especially under the circumstances.”

Exciting Announcements from Sparks

Meanwhile, Sparks is gearing up to release their 28th studio album titled "MAD!" on May 23 via Transgressive Records. They've already released singles like ‘JanSport Backpack’ and ‘Do Things My Own Way.’

"MAD!" marks Sparks' first album since their previous release, "The Girl Is Crying In Her Latte," which received glowing reviews for its unique blend of timeless pop, clever writing, and innovative orchestration.

“If you’re looking for a paramount example of Sparks’ ability to merge timeless pop, acerbic writing, and inventive orchestration into certifiable earworms, look no further than ‘Mona Lisa’s Packing Leaving Late Tonight’.”
